This was the card that we made yesterday at our stamping fellowship. We meet the 3rd Saturday in the month from 10-4 at Glenrock Baptist Church in Fort Mill, SC. Anyone who is interested, please let me know. This card style is known as the criss-cross card. The designer paper is one that Stampin' Up had a few years ago....Raspberry Tart. There is some awesome designer paper in our new catalog that I definately intend to get and use for other projects very soon. I also want to share another recipe with you. Carol Horvath brought this delicious Chicken-Veggie Pizza to one of our meetings. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I did...
CREAM CHICKEN GARDEN WEDGE PIZZA
Mix 2 cups Bisquick and 1/2 cup water. Pat dough in greased 12" pizza pan forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (about 10 minutes). Cool.
Mix 8 oz of soft cream cheese, 1/2 cup Miracle Whip, 1/2 cup sliced green onions, 2 tsp horseradish, 1/8 tsp red pepper sauce and 1 large can of chicken (Mashed up). Spread evenly over crust. Then cover with assorted fresh veggies, ie tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, broccoli, celery , bell peppers, etc. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over this , Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or 1 day.
